Sewage Backup - Campbell

This backup was the cost of a sewer and drain line. As a property manager it is good to have backup of sewer and drain coverage. Its very important to consider when purchasing homeowners insurance coverage.  In this case, our customer in Campbell who was renting out a property with new tenants ready to move in suddenly came across a sewage backup.  Fortunately for this customer it was included on their policy and they were able to get assistance with insurance. SERVPRO of SW San Jose, took care of the job and billed the insurance and the property manager was happy they didn't have to do any of the paperwork.
