This mold remediation in San Jose, CA was the result of a broken pipe in the laundry room. SERVPRO of SW San Jose was called out by property management to take care of the mold. SERVPRO of SW San Jose set up a barrier and cleaned all the affected laundry and removed some affected drywall. The after picture was taken when the barrier was up so the mold could be taken care of.
