Marc Wood and Steve Klimowski's whatever makes the client happy and can do attitude was so refreshing and rare to find in this type of service industry! I was so impressed with Steve, Marc and Jason Hope. Their professionalism, workmanship, and industry knowledge and standards went above and beyond what I ever expected and I have very high standards when it comes to my best investment - my home! Jason Hope's work ethic and attention to detail had me in awe of his craftsmanship. He was able to remove the black fire soot from my red birch custom cabinets and match them beautifully to the unharmed cabinets - it was like magic! Truly a master in his trade. Jason also went above and beyond in painting the whole area that was affected by the grease fire in my kitchen and family room. I was thrilled to see such awesome results - yes, "Like it never even happened." My house looks AMAZING with no evidence of the grease fire, thanks to top-notch skilled labor and management at SERVPRO SW! It was such a smooth process from start to finish and they always made me feel like they had my best interests in mind.
